Initial Consultation (60-80 minutes): $600-900
Follow Up Sessions (25-50 minutes): $313-500​
INSURANCE INFORMATION
Although insurance is not accepted, if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may request a "superbill" to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
KAISER
Please specify if you have Kaiser. A regional agreement exists for Northern California clients. With prior authorization from your doctor, Kaiser may be billed directly for services.
MEDICARE
Please specify if you have Medicare. There is limited appointment availability for Medicare clients and a separate Medicare-approved fee schedule applies.​
